Los Angeles-based interior designer - Jonna Schreibman- is not shy when it comes to color, pattern, and texture. She believes that well-designed spaces truly improve your everyday life. Central to Jonna’s ethos is designing interiors effortlessly — meaning the end product shouldn’t look like an interior designer was hired at all. Instead, it should feel like the homeowner’s lifetime collection of memories and objects have artfully harmonized together into one space.
Jonna’s love of design started at a very young age and can be seen in her childhood notebooks filled with cutouts from furniture magazines and sketches of her dream bedroom. Although her style has greatly evolved from the green, pink, and zebra color scheme that she so adored when she was 12, she is still not afraid to tap into a playful aesthetic. Through her bachelor’s degree in Art History/Arts Management at the University of San Francisco and her work experiences in art galleries and art consultant firms, Jonna built a strong foundation rooted in a love and passion for art. After leaving the commercial gallery world, she set out to pursue her lifelong love of interior design by completing the Interior Architecture program at the University of California Los Angeles Extension. In the program, Jonna harnessed countless technical skills, including lighting design, hand drafting, AutoCAD, SketchUP, graphic design, and more. Her strong education and experience as a Project Manager at a renowned Los Angeles-based interior design firm for the past four years has cultivated her unique skill set, apparent in her commitment to detail-oriented, organized work and personal engagement with her clients.
